Condition of the phone was worse than described. (1) Screen had more scratches than the description, including some that can be felt with your finger. (2) Call volume from the earpiece was terrible initially. The earpiece had a clogged grill. I had to use putty to extract all the gunk from the grill before the phone was usable.

Phone arrived in condition as described. Shipping speed could have been better, but otherwise good.

The phone was exactly as described. I took it to the Apple Store for a checkup, just to make sure, and they declared it to be in "Mint Condition." The battery was even at 93% capacity, which isn't bad for a phone manufactured years ago.
