Update July 3 2018: Total disaster, and no help being offered.
Tronic sold me a phone that wasn’t paid off, and Swappa allowed it to happen. Neither will take any responsibility, so I’m stuck with a phone that can’t be sold. My guess is Swappa crooks will take down this review, they don’t do their due diligence. Beware users - Swappa lies!

Device was shipped quickly, but unfortunately USPS was chosen as the carrier. 2-day delivery took 5 full days. Very frustrating. Phone was received in a medium-sized box, only wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap, so it was not well protected on its journey across the country. It would have been much better to at least crumple some newspaper with it to hold it more securely. But the great news is the phone is flawless. Even the folks at the local Apple Store were impressed by the condition (and price). I would have given five stars if FedEx was the carrier and the packaging a bit more substantial. Overall very happy.

Seller indicated that there is "NO scratch" on the screen. There are plenty of micro scratches and 3-4 deep scratches on the screen. Also, he used exactly one layer of bubble wrap to send it in a box, and nothing was there to keep it from banging around inside the box.
