1) Device was not unlocked as advertised (seller didn’t verify the device before the creating the listing/shipping).

2) Seller did not cover the cost of the return.

The seller initially agreed to cover the additional shipping expense, however, after I marked our PayPal case as resolved at the seller’s request (allowing him to keep making transactions), the seller stopped responding to emails and never covered the additional shipping charges.

A slight delay in shipping, but everything within the allowed and reasonable (<2 work days). Item as described. Headset was missing, but as I looked it up it was not listed in the details section of the original listing and as such disclaimed not to be there. Its a bit confusing as the default for a resale claims "with all accessories" and the headset is a default accessory for the iphone 5S as far as I know. Its not a bust for me as its like $8 at some retailers though.
