Great Deals LLC sent me a locked phone, once I contacted them about the issue they requested that I send it back and they would refund the phone and shipping costs. As soon as I provided return shipping information they would no longer communicate with me. After attempting to get a refund from them I was forced to go through PayPal to obtain my refund. They have still not contacted me and I am out return shipping, PayPal did decide in my favor and issued a refund from PayPal. Swappa also issued a refund of the fee so I am out the time I spent trying to get a refund and the return shipping costs. I WOULD AVOID THIS SELLER AT ALL COSTS.

Love it. iPad came just as described - brand new, no scratches, still in plastic, not even a hint of any kind of use. Original warranty until March verified with Apple. Fast shipping (shipped on Monday, received my item Wednesday). I waited about 4 days before leaving feedback to make sure everything worked, and it is perfect so far. Awesome doing business with you!
