How would I activate/use the Apple care (if needed)?

I received my phone quickly, but the remainder of my experience was frustrating and disappointing. I had made sure that I had purchased an unlocked phone for my carrier so it was very surprising that I received a “SIM Not Supported” error when trying to activate my phone. Not only was my phone not unlocked, they sold me a phone that was never intended to be sold in the first place. This was not the only inaccurate part of the listing, the phone was listed as Rose Gold in the description but according to the pictures the phone was clearly Silver. This was a mistake that I knew before ordering the phone and should have been my first red flag. I did end up receiving my refund plus the cost of the return shipping promptly but this experience has made me doubt my original assumption that ordering from a company is less risky than ordering from an individual. Needless to say, I would NOT recommend dealing with this company and running into the same frustrations that I had.
