Swappa says that shipping an item will be done within 2-3 business days of sale. I bought the phone Saturday night and the phone was shipped on Sunday. Seller also answered my questions concerning the purchase after the sale very promptly (same day). Seller also offered to compensate me for the SIM card I had to buy, but it was not necessary since I was able to buy it for $.99. This was a great experience!
