Almost everything works on the phone except the fingerprint accessibility

Fast shipping.

Phone has burn-in on the screen which could not be seen in the pictures of the listing. Not thrilled about that, but it's not a deal breaker. This is a first phone for my preteen, so it's expected to not last terribly long.

Decent sized scratch on front should have been listed, but otherwise in good shape

I want to rate thumbs up, but came with a screen protector that was clearly for a different phone, and under was a scratch on the screen that wasn't called out in the description or pictures. It's fine - it definitely fits within the guidelines for the condition it was in and I still would've probably bought it. I just would've preferred knowing up front - which is why I only buy phones with pictures of the actual device (which in this case, looking back, do show the screen protector on it).

Overall the phone is fine. However, it has clearly been dropped. There is a significant gouge at the top of the phone that narrowly misses the screen. The issue isn't severe enough for me not to keep the phone, but had I been able to see the damage in the listing I may have chosen a different device.

Phone was more of a fair condition than "good". It works fine from my limited testing.

The phone was the wrong model and wouldn't work on my service but the seller gave a full and prompt refund when sent back.

I would suggest to offer a more lenient return policy, even if you ask your buyer to pay the return shipping.

Shipping was slow. Battery was not sufficient.

Seller is quick to message and respond. Neutral rating due to the sale not going through b/c of issue with Paypal.

There was a dent at the corner of the phone that was no posted in the picture.

The description of this phone could have been clearer and more detailed, but I should have asked more clarifying questions before buying. After a frustrating back and forth with the seller, the phone is now working as expected.

The item came as ordered, packaged correctly.

Sale went smoothly and with no issues, delivery on time.

The phone on the other hand was not quite as expected. The physical aspect seed correct but some of the functions such as the earphone connections with the USB C sometimes just disconnects and i hear some static. There was also message from the phone that said something about water damage not found ( little weird) but i have found no water damage or at least have not seen any software issues that I've noticed.

The phone is functioning well. However, it took longer than usual for the phone to arrive. Tracking seemed to stop a couple of times. I sent an email to the seller asking for help and never heard from them.

The phone was defective and returned. The Seller was gracious and provided a full refund as promised.

It came earlier than expected and was packaged well enough. Fingerprint reader is scratched to the point of disuse, but apparently that's a common issue with the model.

Shipped fast and pricing was good. Device not as advertised but the seller was willing to work with me on a resolution.

The device is not in mint condition. After closer inspection of seller uploaded pictures the damage can be seen above the camera if you zoom in. The seller did however refund me the full amount and paid for return shiping.

Overall a good seller but inventory needs to be watched better.

Item arrived and is functional however seller placed screen protector to cover up 1 deep scratch and several micro scratches all over the screen. This was not disclosed in the ad. Just wish the seller disclosed everything up front in the ad so buyers can decide before purchasing

Mint phone, as stated. The battery is very weak though. 70% health is not mint.

I think real deep scratches that can stop your thumb nail should have to be labeled in description ,as it takes away from the integrity of the glass !
