The cell phone I received is physically in very poor condition, it has many signs of use, it is not really as described in the listing post

- 1 / 5 stars

Phone is not "Good" condition, it is "Fair". Screen burn is visible, and dozens of scratches around the edge of the screen.

- 1 / 5 stars

Listed in incorrect condition. Refuses to accept another purchase and return of item. Bad customer service. The screen has MANY deep scratches in it that were not photographed completely. The whole edging is scratched and none of that was photographed. It should've been listed in fair condition for all the issues it has! Extremely disappointing

- 1 / 5 stars

Scratch not shown in the only picture of the front. Tried for refund, seller rude and would not. Recommend not buying from this seller. They don't take clear pics on purpose and take tons of back of phone and only 1 of front for this reason, it seems. So disappointed for my son's first phone. But good example of poor customer service by a company for my child to learn from.

Phone has alot more scratches than appears in the photo. Photo in listing was at an angle the minimized the scratches. Not too thrilled.

This phone was advertised as a TMobile unlocked phone and compatible with AT&T. As a Cricket customer, I thought all AT&T phones were also compatible with Cricket. Unfortunately, as of the first of the year, they no longer are! So, please be aware of that. I was not. At any rate, since this was advertised as a T-Mobile unlocked phone, I believed I could at least activate it with T-Mobile. Unfortunately, I was wrong again, and even though I went back and forth with the seller over the issues, I am now out $75. I do not recommend this seller, and I will absolutely not be using SWAPPA in the future.

Bottom right side of the phone has a deep scratch/dent mark. It was never mentioned or any photos shown in the description.

Phone is physically hot to the touch after being on for five minutes. Definitely not what I expected. Something is wrong a phone shouldn’t be this hot

This seller is terrible. Does not follow through with promises. Does not follow Swappa policies to fully insure return shipping for defective phones. This seller is not to be trusted. Buyer beware.

Phone didn't work! Sim Tray wouldn't hold a Sim card properly. Not even a tech could fix it!

- 1 / 5 stars

The structure of the phone meets the description of "fair". The phone has a few paint scratches, s'all good. However, the screen has images burnt into it, you can see them when you view something on a white page; which, is pretty damn annoying. Phone works, but I feel like I was charged too much.

Sold us a phone we just found out was reported as stolen because we are running into problems now and phone won't work.

- 1 / 5 stars

Phone has a big pile of dead pixels on the bottom left corner of the screen, not well represented in the photos at all, remarked as a "scratch"

After receipt of phone, less than 24 hours the phone froze and shut down on me 3x. Seller agreed to refund, plus cost of shipping. Sent phone back to seller and purchased another phone through Swappa. Seller changed their tune and now said they wont produce full refund with S&H because I didn't charge the phone or install the updated Android version. Which of course I did, but they called it a "false claim" giving them permission not to refund me the $. Their integrity is appalling and I am shook that they are accusing me of lying and saying I didn't even charge the phone, which is absurd. Phone didn't work/function properly and they are shifting blame on consumer. Not okay with their lack of integrity.

Phone is erroring that it has an invalid IMEI, and can't connect to any cellular networks I've tried. I initially thought that phone was locked, but it appears to be defective.

- 1 / 5 stars

acting weird.

Phone has some very small scratches/chips along the edge that make me think the phone has been pried open before. Sim card stopped registering after about six months and I need to restart the phone almost everyday for it to read my sim. My sim works fine in other phones.

Once receiving the Pixel 6 I looked over it and made sure that everything worked; however, about two weeks later I found out that my sound when taking a video on snapchat is white noise and when a call was placed on speaker, the other end only heard white noise. Additionally, I had problems with the phone cutting out my service, it may be because I use it a lot for school and accessing documents and multiple @gmail.com accounts, but the service would not work for anything until I restarted the phone. This happens about once every two days. Perhaps this wasn't the sellers fault and maybe they didn't know about it; however, extra care should have been taken before listing the phone as mint condition.

The phone arrived with a massive scratch right along the face camera. This was not specifically described and there was also not a close-up picture provided. It did say that there was wear and tear and scratches but it did not say that it came directly across the facial camera. This is a big enough scratch and gouge that it should have been clearly described. It was conveniently not disclosed.

Phone not in the good condition. Specifically the touchscreen wasn't right out the delivery packaging. Some of the keyboard keys don't register well when typing. Phone inexplicably backs out of apps. Took of the screen protector, factory rest it, downloaded latest updates, nothing has worked yet. I've only kept this garbage this long to have a friend take a look at it since he is a tech guy (also pixel 4 owner) and he can't figure out what is wrong with it yet. Hopefully he can figure something out to make it semi usable as a spare. Wouldn't recommend buying from this guy.

4hrs batter life. This sucks

- 1 / 5 stars

Device was described as excellent condition minor wear and tear. The screen has a large amount of micro scratches that were hidden by a screen protector in the listing pictures.

- 1 / 5 stars

Very Rude and poor quality phones

- 1 / 5 stars

Seller got it to USPS quickly (positive), however USPS took forever (not sellers fault). When the phone finally arrived, there was no SIM card tray! This was a mint condition phone and there was NO mention of this defect anywhere in the listing. Luckily I was able to order a replacement tray with a local company. Overall, I would not recommend this seller.

- 1 / 5 stars

As described good stuff.

- 1 / 5 stars

The screen has a lcd burn which is not clearly shown in the seller's pictures.

- 1 / 5 stars

Phone was in worse condition than described, scratches directly over camera lenses and on screen, affecting functionality. Didn't believe me without tons of pictures and insisted I pay return shipping. Won't ever use this seller again.

The seller was quick to send but the phone has been glitching since week 2. I purchased this phone less than one month ago. The battery life is absolutely horrible. But I thought Ill just keep it charged I can work with this. Well it shuts off at 36%. Also, my screen turned green and I can no longer see anything on my phone. I cannot even force shut down. I am not happy I saw better reviews but I did not get a quality phone.

- 1 / 5 stars

Waited a week for the phone. It arrived undamaged but does not recognize any charge I attempted to give and does not power on. Very disappointed and still in need of a phone.

- 1 / 5 stars

Mint condition appears fine, however the measured battery life on my unit was less than half the original capacity. The ports were dirty and show signs of wear

- 1 / 5 stars

This was my 4th purchase from Sellworld and my only disappointment so far. The Phone's screen burn is worse than "slight"and VERY noticeable on top and bottom of screen. I did check the pictures and it was not noticeable on the picture since there was only one picture with the screen on its home page not a white background like their others listing. That is my fault for not asking for a white screen picture like their other listings. I chose this company to purchase from due to having great products that I have purchase in the past.

Pixel 4 XL Battery swelled. popping rear case off phone after a few months of purchase. Seller states it's out of their warranty period. Bad luck, but still leaves a bad taste. Just something to keep in mind purchasing used phones that their longevity, even treated carefully is not guaranteed.

- 1 / 5 stars

The entire screen has images burned into it from the previous user. Listing also mentioned that a charging cable would be included, which wasn't.

- 1 / 5 stars

In Poor Condition, Not Fair Condition. Horrible screen burn. Touch on screen barely functioning. Bezel of phone was rose, not black. I would return this phone if I wasn't trading it off. Seller wouldn't do a discount for purchasing 2 phones. The other phone was in Fair condition. I feel a discount would be appropriate for this phone.

Item was received in a condition not as described in the sellers listing. Tried each day over the course of 3 days to reach out for a refund with no response. Still dealing with the situation. Disappointed in both the seller and with Swappa. I had purchased with confidence thinking if there was an issue that Swappa would take care of the situation if it were to come to something like this but I've just been recommended to dispute it through PayPal (having used a credit card). Under the refund policy with Swappa it says;
Swappa will refund sale fees to buyers when a sale is voided due to fault of the seller or Swappa.
So I'm left confused and am not sure I can buy with confidence here anymore

listing said unlocked but it wasn't

- 1 / 5 stars

Phone body is in great condition, but the phone is inoperable. Constant restarting and freezing.

- 1 / 5 stars

Sim in phone doesn't work and is not listed as such. We want out money back.

- 1 / 5 stars

Phone has screen burn and poor battery wich was not mentioned in item description. Seller not issued me partial refund

- 1 / 5 stars

The seller used angles to make the phone appear in perfect condition. There are scuffs and scratches around the phone that are not seen in images. A screen protector is also used to obscure the true condition of the screen.
The description says to see images for the condition. The images don't depict the phones condition by ANY means. Not recommended.

- 1 / 5 stars

Fast shipping and the phone was in the cosmetic condition as descibed. Seller responds quickly to questions. Unfortunately, the phone started having bootloop issues within about 5-6 weeks after delivery. I understand that selling with high volume means negative issues will arise from time to time, but I do not feel that this seller handled my problem well as no remedy was offered. Customer service could be improved.

- 1 / 5 stars

The phone works, but there are many noticeable scratches on a closer look that wasn't visible on the images posted for sale.. so didn't like that fact. also the fingerprint censor on screen sometimes doesn't work properly.

- 1 / 5 stars

Item not as described. Item received is HD1901 India variant not HD1905 North American Variant.

- 1 / 5 stars

When I got it wasn't the item in the picture. 2 when I open the package the back casing was coming loose and no way of closing don't know I'd it's missing the snap handle or they glued the phone together. 3rd when I turned it on a black streak showed up on the phone then it disappeared but not if it will return again i put the phone in a drawer I bought severals from this seller but this is the worst and wrong phone i saw for the offer

- 1 / 5 stars

The burn in was worse then what was pictured.
Hard to believe that the phone in the picture is the same phone that I received.
The first picture, should have shown the burn in but didn't. As soon as I turned on the phone, I could see the camera icon and other icons. The picture did not show that.
Disappointed. Maybe sent different phone.

- 1 / 5 stars

the screen is messed up not in good condition. I would like to return and get a refund.

- 1 / 5 stars

Not really satisfisfied.... The phone has a very deep scratch on the screen that you can actually feel when you're scrolling. This was not shown in the photos that were submitted. I purchased many phones through swappa and this is the first time the photos didn't represent the actual condition of the phone. Also the camera lens has scratches that you can actually see when you take a picture.

- 1 / 5 stars

This phone is NOT mint. There is a dent on top and many scratches on the phone screen and body. Absolutely not what I expected. This is good quality, not mint. Disappointed.

- 1 / 5 stars

Poor description, poor photos, phone was in worse condition than expected. Seller would not offer a return. Disappointed.

- 1 / 5 stars

The only time I received communication from the seller was when I reached out. Nothing about sale received, phone shipment, tracking, etc. until after I asked. The wrong type of charger was mailed with it, so I had to track down an old charger to plug it in. The phone was listed as good condition. It's fair at best. Not only will it not hold a charge, but if the phone is touched at all, the charge goes DOWN while it's plugged in. Even the sales reps at the phone provider store were surprised that it kept dying. It was at 48% when I brought it in, it was dead by the time I got home. Very poor performance.
