Very slow communication. Shipping as slow as snail. Phone was defective, but luckily was under warranty by apple.

2. Sim card provided was deactivated per AT&T. Not really an issue, but I'm not sure why it was included if it didn't work.

Seller did not update with tracking information or other info, leading to some uncertainty, but item (iPad Pro 9.7") arrived within 5 days of ordering.

Item was new as described. However, the box got banged up quite a bit during shipping and not in presentable state. The box was already opened as shown in the pictures.

IPad itself was sealed and showed no signs of use or damage. However, upon turning on the device, the screen revealed a light leak defect. Worked with the seller to come up with resolution; seller was willing to refund device but suggested going to Apple first for warranty. Apple was able to replace the IPad with a new one at no charge as the IPad was found to be recently purchased. Only IPad was replaced, and not the box or accessories.
