The seller never responded to any communications for updates from myself, nor the Swappa team after I got them involved. This resulted in the Swappa team advising that I file a PayPal product protection request, which required that I try to contact the seller first through PayPal's website; the seller continued to be unresponsive. Only when I happened to think about checking the sale transaction details page on PayPal, did I notice that the seller did ship the product and provide shipping info. I did eventually receive my device, which so far has been in working order. However, I still have not received a single response from the seller.

This product arrived exactly as described in the sale posting. My only concern (not for this purchase in particular, but for every purchase) - I am used to buying phones and getting the charger, too. The fine print clearly stated "Phone Only", so I cannot complain about the seller. I would just caution all buyers on Swappa to read carefully and understand exactly what the sale includes.
