The phone was shipped later than expected, but came in great condition and working order.

The seller was unresponsive for a week and then cancelled the sale when I threatened to reverse payment. The reason given was that he was out of town and that the phone was from a different carrier than advertised. The second star is because he at least refunded my money promptly.

We ordered a phone from this seller on Tues 5/30 - after my husband took his phone for a swim.... and were under the impression it would take a few days obviously. Welll - after multiple attempts to contact the seller (who was out of town) for confirmation of the phone being shipped, he finally answered on Thursday stating he would definitely have it shipped immediately. I checked the tracking number that was provided the next day - which stated that the shipping label was created but no confirmation of shipment.... all weekend I tried to contact for confirmation and finally Monday he responds that he's not sure what happened - he would just refund me the money until he figures it out..... very disappointing - to say the least! :( Deal gone wayyyy wrong!!

The device was as it was advertised which is great, however there was 5 day waiting period before the device was mailed. I did receive the alert that the shipping label for the device was created but it was not shipped yet. I messaged the seller twice with no response so I did not receive any updates. The only updates I received were from PayPal. I ordered the phone on Sunday,label created tuesday and it was not officially shipped until friday. I received it the following monday. I certainly understand business day and I did order on a Sunday however to have the label created but not ship the product for another three more days. If I had received a response from the seller with an explanation it would have been fine, however their shipping guidelines did not match what is described on the selling page. I have yet to power on the device but it is in perfect condition in the original box and with all of the described inclusions.
