Completing sale from 2019. Got the phone and had no complaints.

Great seller, item as described would purchase from again.

Phone was in great condition, however seller took over a month to resolve payment refunds and through multiple messages with Swappa.com staff I unfortunately had to file a claim both with my bank and PayPal to resolve the issue.

The phone's IMEI did not match that given in the listing but that of another, already activated device. This caused some consternation, but the phone ended up activating just fine.

Terrible service, almost no communication and it was in broken English. Never sent phone even though they claimed they did but didn't give a tracking number because they "lost the receipt".

Phone is what it was advertised but arrived very late. Was not shipped within the '2 business day' requirements.

The item I recieved was as pictured.

However, It took 5 days to even get them to reply to the order (after getting Swappa involved) and after they posted, they said, and I quote, "I promise I'll be back in town today and ship out". They didn't ship this until day 7, and only found out they shipped after I asked Swappa how to cancel the purchase on day 8.

I didn't receive my item until 9 days from purchasing.

Phone took forever to get to me, arrived defective, I had to pay for return shipping, and the seller still hasn’t refunded me. I haven’t left a negative review in years, but this seller should be avoided.

Fast delivery, very accomodating to requests.

The tablet was as described but it took 3 weeks and several emails to actually receive it. Took one week to create a shipping label, another week and a half before the item was actually dropped off at the post office after the shipping label was created, and 3 days to reach me via usps. Throughout those 3 weeks the seller was slow to respond and only really responded after escalating to swappa staff every time.This would have been a 5 star review if only the shipping and communication were handled differently.

This iPad was a good price and was delivered as advertised, with accessories but no box. This would be a 5-star rating if the seller had communicated when prompted, first by me and then also by Swappa staff, but there was no response to either of us. This was a little worrying since I of course had already paid for the item. Other than this little hiccup, I am very satisfied with this purchase. Thanks, Swappa!

Good communication, but AT&T in store CS rep said that the phone had a history that prevented it from being insured. Eventually another agent was able to process. Who knows what the story is but after that hiccup, everything so far has been good!
