Phone was exactly as described and shipped very fast. The screws at the bottom of the phone are missing for some reason but other than that, everything went as expected.

Buyer Beware. This seller misrepresented his product and the accessories. It was a big hassle to get my money back and I had to file a chargeback with my credit card company. In the end the seller did get the phone back and asked paypal to refund my money but It should not have been that painful and drawn out as it took almost a month . It was a big waste of time.

Screen had a lot more scratches than the seller described. Should of been listed as fair condition.

Manny is good with his word when he said he would sell lower than his listed price. He sent the item at a good speed, but USPS screwed it up, so they botched the shipment by about 2 days, which has nothing to do with the seller at all. 5 Stars. The phone was as good as it appeared in the listing. I love the HTC One. It just feels great in the hands, has some really nifty features like the IR blaster, and screen is gorgeous.
