Phone was barely protected, haphazardly wrapped in 2 ply bubble wrap in a soft envelope, with cord and plug sitting screen side.

The shipping was pretty quick despite a little mistake on the mailing part but the wait wasn't a disappointment, the description is pretty much everything that needs to be said and from the packaging it was fairly packaged well that its enough to protect it without the box. Overall I really like the phone, it really looks as if its new so this was worth the price, (though tax is annoying).
