Why Pay More

Came as it was described but battery drains way to fast and the screen isn't calibrated properly.

Not as described

Screen had some undisclosed scratches, was advertised in near mint condition. Should have been marked as fair / good condition. Paid for a near mint phone, didn't get that.

Waiting

The seller was not as responsive as I was hoping, but the item was in excellent condition and honestly a steal for the price I paid. Overall, I would recommend them if you can wait about a week for your item to arrive.

Seller took 3 days to ship item then item took over a week to arrive through USPS. Phone is in great condition, just as described. The bonus wireless headphones that were included only 1/2 work (only 1 earbud works).

Unfortunately, the phone wasn't a T-Mobile phone and wasn't unlocked when I received it. The seller provided a refund of the purchase price and was fair in letting me keep the headphones for the $10 Swappa fee.

The phone was esthetically just as promised. In appearance it was near mint. Just minor dirt/wear near the camera.
Functionally, the phone only has 80% battery life. It’s battery is very short lasting.
We will now need to find someone to replace the battery.

Swappa needs more clear shipping policies stating the EXACT type of USPS shipping the qualifies as "expedited". There seems to be mis-understanding with sellers and this option, and I was expecting next-day delivery after it was shipped.

The phone is great; however, the screen protectors were broken. I contacted the seller 4-5 times and he said he would send me replacement protectors. It has been 2 months and I still have not received them.
