The delivery took 10 days and the phone's screen was much more scratched than described in the listing. It's good enough for my use and not worth arguing about returns and waiting another 10+ days for a new phone (or refund), but the description was way too optimistic and the delivery duration was not acceptable.
The phone arrived quickly with all accessories included, however the condition was not mint (micro-scratches all over the screen). Also, the phone had not even been cleaned.
Phone restarts and dies constantly.. not just a battery issue.waste of time and money..I am going to have to replace it
This was listed as T-Mobile phone but it is locked to AT&T. I contacted the seller and he said he would get it unlocked, but several days later he has not. Now he is not responding to my email.
Seller cancelled sale due to seller's mistake in pricing. Was promised compensation but never received one nor did seller reply to subsequent messages.
Posted T-mobile phone for sale. Sold me a locked ATT phone. Very little support. I had to figure out solution on my own.

I bought a black Samsung Galaxy S7, listed as new, which came in what I thought was the original box, unopened. I found out from Verizon and Samsung that the phone was originally gold, had been refurbished, and was repackaged to look like it had never been opened or used. They argued with me about it back and forth for several weeks, were very rude and unapologetic, and only agreed to refund my money after I wrote a negative review. I shipped the phone back, and they got it, but they said it was missing the accessories. I told them I would send the accessories, and to give me the address to send it. Then they didn't respond for a week until Swappa finally said they would block their account if they didn't respond, and I filed an FTC report and threatened to file a police report. They finally refunded my money and apologized after that.
still frustrating, received only one of two devices
Hi! I got the phone, and it looks good and works well! However, it has some battery issues. Also, one of the screen protectors was broken, and one of the USB chargers did not work? The other charger stopped working after some time, and now I don't have a charger. Is there a way to figure out those issues?
Phone was dead upon arrival. Charged it and it barely held a charge - 1% drop per minute. Returned to seller after Swappa team had to continually intervene on my behalf. Upon returning the phone the Seller claimed the phone didn’t work and was withholding my money until he figured out why his phone didn’t work. Swappa team was aware of faulty phone upon arrival and poor response time from seller. Swappa team has been good to work with so far, but this has not been a good experience with the seller. Escalated the case to PayPal who closed the claim in my favor with a full refund. I do not recommend doing business with this seller.
Item not as described. Phone touch screen does not work due to the screen being replaced. Screen was replaced by 3rd party and Apple could not assess for water damage.
Bought 2 phones from Swappa (different sellers) and this iPhone seems to have issues with internet access where the other phone does not. The battery drains super fast, I'm lucky if it lasts me half a day and it is not being heavily used. Had the same device with a different carrier and that charge lasted me 2 days. This seems to be a defective device, have trouble getting signal in a lot of places.
Buyer sucks, when it comes to shipping within the two days and once the sale is completed communication was very bad. Had to involve the staff to get tracking number and he thrown in cheap headphones like it compensated for anything. Wouldn't recommend doing business.
I was never contacted about when I was getting the item in, and I don't know how to contact him. I have no emails, nothing regarding shipping. I'd like to know when I should be expecting this.
