The device was received as described. Good condition. Works well. Was shipped quickly.

The charger that was shipped with the device was not an Apple product. The cord is, but the adapter is not. The adapter was a "Bolt" Model SY-i6. Using this adapter, the device would not charge. When plugged in, it would show the charging icon, but would not charge above the 34% it was received at.

Fortunately, this purchase was to replace an existing iPhone 5c, so I switched adapters, and it worked fine. This should have been explained prior to purchase. If I had not already had my own adapter, this sale would have been useless. The one that was shipped was faulty.

I rate at 3 stars because this type of faulty accessory is what makes me leery about purchasing online. If the accessory had been functional, I would have scored a 5.

Ordered phone on Sat night and it arrived the following Wed. Satisfied buyer.

The phone arrived quickly and was in great condition for the price; however, it came with a fake s pen. It was a big problem for me as taking note is the main reason I use the note series and it wasn't mentioned in the description.

The seller was very responsive in the communication. He ordered a s pen for me and he also send me another one in his possession. Out of the 3 I got, thankfully one was a real samsung s pen, and I became a happy man.

It took a month to end the sale, it was tiring for me and probably for the Wireless Guys; however, I really appreciate for their quick responses whenever I contacted them and getting things right at the end. I would do business with them again. Here's another 5 star rating for them. They deserve it.
