Phone was in great condition but a non-Apple charger was included and it would not charge the device. Had to purchase an Apple charger -- disappointed that sellers included a charger that would not work!! Gave this as an early birthday gift and the recipient had to wait and hour and a half at the Apple store today for diagnosis of the problem!! Not a good experience!!

I have received the device, in the physical condition described, but with a hardware defect.

The LED indicator on the top left of the phone used for notifying the user of missed calls, texts, and notifications is non-functional.

After several attempts to get it to work, including a factory reset, update to latest software and latest available version of Android, and attempts at using a Third Party App as a last resort, the LED indicator does not function.

I am aware that "MINT" condition can mean some cosmetic wear, but a Hardware issue like this should not have been missed.

I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star.
The phone was in"Mint" condition but the problem was that the phone couldn't hold the battery charge. At first I thought it was the battery, but after switching the battery with a different note 3 the battery was fine. Faulty phone was sent. I don't know if I can trust this seller or swappa again. Sending my phone back...

Sold me a stolen phone which became blacklisted. Seller was given a fair amount of time to replace the device and a lack of communication ensued for seven days. Issued a two-day ultimatum at that point and past that I insisted upon a refund. At this point, seller's communication took on an unprofessional tone. Seller agreed to the refund yet refused to pay return shipping when requested. When I contested this, the logic presented by the seller was "You should be happy you are able to stick this back on me and go buy a new device at over $100 less the original cost 2 months ago. What a deal!" Seller needs to work on maintaining a professional tone and a sense of tact in a bad situation they are responsible for.
