I wasn't even actually going to buy a phone! I was just checking prices, when I came across this posting. Brand new and still $224.00 less expensive than buying one from Verizon. Now I don't have to go into contract or broke getting one from Verizon. I would have been crazy not to have snatched this up.

The phone was in"Mint" condition but the problem was that the phone couldn't hold the battery charge. At first I thought it was the battery, but after switching the battery with a different note 3 the battery was fine. Faulty phone was sent. I don't know if I can trust this seller or swappa again. Sending my phone back...

However, seller offered return for refund, or a partial refund, for what would be the value of a "good" phone, and not a mint phone!
