Phone functions well but the bezel of the phone has taken a beating. That and the aftermarket charger is just lame... 1.5a compare to the 2a stock fast charger. I know this is a used phone but I have the same phone for 2+ years and mine is mint... never been in the case either... while this phone has more dents then Snow White's cherry...

Quality of phone was way better than expected, Shipping was fast, but the phone was locked by ATT even though it was described as unlocked and approved by Swappa. Return process was slow, slow communication, no return shipping label so me the buyer had to go to the post office and pay for the return.

first phone was defective, but seller did replace it with a new one a couple of weeks later.

Phone was exactly as described and I received it within two days after I placed the order. My tween was thrilled with the phone and it was in such good condition that she never even realized that it was a used iphone. This was my first foray into buying a used phone but I can say that I'm happy with the purchase and I would buy from The Wireless Guys again.
