Sold me a stolen phone which became blacklisted. Seller was given a fair amount of time to replace the device and a lack of communication ensued for seven days. Issued a two-day ultimatum at that point and past that I insisted upon a refund. At this point, seller's communication took on an unprofessional tone. Seller agreed to the refund yet refused to pay return shipping when requested. When I contested this, the logic presented by the seller was "You should be happy you are able to stick this back on me and go buy a new device at over $100 less the original cost 2 months ago. What a deal!" Seller needs to work on maintaining a professional tone and a sense of tact in a bad situation they are responsible for.

The device came fast and the seller was quick to respond to all my questions. I would definitely do business with them again.

Phone was new, arrived quickly and as described. I got it activated and it works perfectly. I was leery at first as I had not heard of Swappa. I found this site, then found the phone I wanted new at a great price. I bought the phone and all is well. I'll use Swappa and buy from The Wireless Guys the next time I need a new phone.

The device was ordered late on a Thursday night and arrived on Saturday in the condition as advertised. The seller did not update the shipping status when they shipped it though so it may not be reliable to watch that for information about the expected arrival.
