When I got the phone I noticed the sim tray didn't want to fit all the way into the phone. It pokes out the top of the phone just a little bit and has already said 'sim removed: please insert sim card and restart phone ' and I had to take the tray out and press it back in as good as I could. But overall it has been a good phone. Better than the last one I had so as long as the tray doesn't keep messing up we good ????

Would have loved it if charger would also have been included- it's hard to find the right cables for different microusb devices in terms of fit.

Despite USPS being dumb as hell, (nothing seller could have done) sale was perfect, phone just as advertised.

Got a great phone for a great price. I had an issue with the first phone they sent, but they stood behind their return policy and sent a return label promptly. They sent a replacement phone the same day they received the return. The second phone works great. Excellent service, but not quite five stars, because the first phone I received was not packed safely (it was rattling around in the box with no protection on either end when I received it). I let them know, and wouldn't mention this on the review except for the fact that the second phone was also sent improperly packed. It ended up being unprotected on one end. A piece of tape to keep it inside it's bubble wrap would have fixed this. Luckily the second phone arrived undamaged, but the packing leaves some room for improvement. Bottom line, honest seller who abides by their policies, great phone, great price.
