The phone arrived alright. A few scratches and dents, which was to be expected.
However, I've had this phone for a week or two and it's honestly nearly unusuable. The phone restarts every few minutes unless it's hooked up, it overheats very easily doing basic tasks (even basic browsing makes it warm). I'm getting a new battery and I hope that fixes it...

Very fast shipping

Seller was very helpful when I screwed up on the original purchase. Marking down 1 because the model of phone I purchased has known issues with freezing/restarting that I will have to live with. I don't really think Galaxy Note 4 should still be listed on Swappa.

Item (phone) arrives very fast, was pkgd securely & arrived in good shape. The condition was better than I expected ! The screen was in excellent shape too. A very minor issue (for me) was that the TMobile SIM card # was not useable (numbers on card were not valid per TMobile).
I'd certainly buy from this seller again.

The first device I received was defective, but they promptly replaced it with a better one. I would order from them again.

Overall great, but there were some small scratches on the back, so I don't consider the phone to be in "mint" condition.
