Bad units described poorly. Described by seller as "Excellent condition", the device arrived with substantial screen burn-in. Seller accommodated a refund for that issue, which was satisfactory at the time. I've come to learn that the phone had faulty NFC. Clearly reselling refurbished phones so beware... You don't know what you're going to get.

ref JQZ 027. This seller fresh picked apples is a lier and does not keep his work, if you have to ship something back and he tells you he will pay the shipping he is lying, I have had a lot of trouble getting my money returned and swappa is not helping me get my money.

The phone was shipped very quickly, and the seller sold the phone for a great price.

I received the device in a timely manner. The device did have some dings at the bottom that wasn't mentioned in the ad. The phone was also rooted which the sale page indicated that it was not. The device kept rebooting. Thankfully I had experience with rooting before otherwise a person with no experience could have had a bricked phone. I suggest that each seller should download root checker app and screen shot the results to show if phone was rooted or not. That would have made me feel more comfortable knowing what I'm buying. The seller did provide a Partial refund which made things better for me. Thanks

I got the phone very quickly, but it was not as described. There was a dead zone on the screen and the phone was unusable.

Everything was packaged like a pro. The headphones were cheap, and I definitely wont be using them due to poor sound quality and how uncomfortable they are. Ill probably buy a new case too. But its cute and will do for a bit. The phone works and looks brand new with little to no scratches. The screen protector is a huge bonus because Ive got butterfingers. The charging cord works, although Im going to need a longer one. Perfect for using in a car though. It arrived on time and not damaged at all. Overall, Id definitely buy from him again.

The phone was listed in excellent condition, but the battery cover didn't snap correctly at the top, due to some slight melting on the inner plastic, which caused it to bulge. I believe it to just have been an oversight by the seller, but he worked well with me to resolve the issue.
