Thanks for the great phone!

The phone seemed to work well for about the first month, but has since disintegrated relatively quickly. Not long after I received the device, it would freeze randomly. I thought maybe I used too much space, but there was still plenty of storage & my technician brother couldn't figure out the issue either. Physically, the phone was and is in excellent condition.

Seller sent me a phone that was in use and I could not activate it.. I sent back over 3 months ago with tracking number.. Trying to get a refund from them for months.. Swappa was great and same day refunded the shipping. I wish I use paypal.. Now I have to call all my cards to see what one I used to do a charge back. More time wasted. This seller will not even respond back anymore.. DON'T BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!

Issue with charge port. Have to hold a certain way at times but not always, even cleaned the port and used new cables.
