The phone was in MINT condition as stated . Came a day late which could of been a post office issue . Did not come with a charger. Otherwise happy with the purchase

Received timely. Phone condition was poor and decided not to activate it, so we can't say how well it worked. Shipped with Dollar Tree charger and case.

Item was received as described. I had hoped the phone would have shipped out a bit quicker, otherwise was happy with the transaction.

The phone was received as advertised and I am pleased with it. The rating would be 5 but shipping was on the slow side. I ordered it on Monday evening and it didn't ship until Friday. My expectations are to ship out the next day or at latest within two days.

Phone was not as the correct model (Verizon instead of AT&T) but seller was willing to work with me to resolve the issue by issuing a partial refund to unlock the phone. Items arrived fast as expected.

Everything was delivered as advertised. Phone seems to be in great working order. It has been activated but it is a Christmas present so will not be used consistently for over a week. The outward appearance of the phone is like new as advertised. Very pleased as of now.

The phone is in very good condition. However, it was listed as Mint which says "Perfect screen condition" and "No signs of use". There are some very minor scratches on the screen that cannot be seen unless the phone screen is black. This particular phone is a Samsung Galaxy S 5 which has a chrome border around the outside. There are parts where the chrome has chipped off.

Received the phone as advertised. It powers up and seems in good shape but we won't know for sure how it works for a couple of weeks as it is a Christmas gift.

USPS envelope used for shipping and it was damaged. Was ripped and taped when I received it. I personally use a small box to protect items such as this. Fortunately, the phone was in the original box and was not damaged. Everything works and all items were included as advertised.
