Device became blacklisted and had to be returned. Refund was not issued for 5 months after a decent amount of back and forth.
UPDATE: After a message from the seller and reporting my feedback as unfair, I am forced to change the rating from 1 star to 2 stars. I feel 2 stars is appropriate according to feedback guidelines - "2 Stars: An issue with the device surfaced and the seller would not address it. Lack of communication after the sale."
Started off great, seller shipped fast. I got the phone well in advance for a Christmas present. I noticed that the water damage sticker had been clearly removed and a new one was clearly glued on (crooked at that with excess glue still there). I contacted the seller to return it. It was like pulling teeth to get the seller to respond and he would not accept a return. We finally agreed to exchange the phone. Fast forward over a MONTH through all of this and trying to get him to respond, I finally get a replacement. The replacement is fine with no issues, but it took a MONTH to get this seller to settle on a replacement and ship it. Completely unacceptable!
Time from sale to delivery of device: 3 days
Device not as advertised: could not be activated with Sprint, Tello or Ting – no other carriers were tried.
Number of messages to obtain refund: 34 messages over 14 days.
Average seller response time before agreeing to return: 1.03 hours

Time to refund: 14 days
Take away(s):
1) Excellent delivery time
2) If the device purchased is not as advertised it is difficult to negotiate a refund.
3) Be prepared for persistent follow up and SWAPPA staff intervention before coming to terms.
I got the phone very quickly, but it was not as described. There was a dead zone on the screen and the phone was unusable.
Fast delivery of item. Howecer, was not as advertised. Advertised as Sprint phone but could not activate on network because it was a pre pay phone. Returned item as instructed. Took 10 days to receive refund. Only done at urging of Swappa staff. Very disappointed in seller.
Item was not in excellent condition as per the description.
Had to repeatedly ask for the tracking number.
Tracking number was was finally received ... on the day that it was delivered.
Phone was full of smudges and fingerprints.
Had to do a full reset as it was still expecting the seller's Apple credentials.
Left a 2 rating for the sole purpose that it was at least shipped priority mail.
Not a good experience for me but, your mileage may vary. This may have been an isolated incident. So, with that, good luck.
