Phone came quickly, everything advertised was included, but the phone had enough scratches that I wouldn’t consider it to be ‘good’ condition as advertised.

Pictures did not accurately show degree of how burned in image on screen was.

Phone has screen nicks not scratches and came filthy.

Green screen issue and slight rattling noise on the inside of the top of the phone.

So far the device is great. It was extremely clean and it came with even the plastic on it. I am more than satisfied with the quality of the device.

Got the package. The charger that came with the order didn't work properly, but luckily I had a spare charger around my house. The product I bought came in perfect condition which was nice. Overall the experience of the delivery was good.

Not very happy with the item I recived. the phone had many issues including.. bad battery, software issues.kept going into siri mode and would go to voice comands during phone calls and charger is a cheap knock off and isnt compatable with apple product .. seller was willing to replace item for another. it cost me ten dollars to return defective phone and took took over a week for another phone to be mailed after seller recived defective phone. all in all was from oct 24 untill nov 22 to finally recive a phone i could use, still needed to buy a charger as the one sent is not compatable with apple products..

This was my first purchase on Swappa and things didn't go as smoothly as I hoped. I ordered a Verizon Galaxy S9 plus but received the wrong phone. The seller had me send the phone back and I waited a couple extra days for him to get some new phones in so he could send me the one I wanted. I finally got the second phone and it was a T Mobile phone but was unlocked so it ended up working out. I would have been much happier if I had received phone I ordered in the first place.

The phone works great but the screen was not in as good of condition , it states in good condition and states that it has sines of use but the screen has surface scratches in the bottom right corner and actual slight indentation in the glass

Works great but listed as "no damage" and the screen has 2 deep scratches. Good price either way!

I would have categorized this phone as good, not mint due to pin hole sized hole/chip in bottom left corner of phone and bottom left corner of screen.

i bought this phone in mid march, and now its the beginning of july - and now after an ios update the phone won't let me use service anymore (i brought it in to a place to get it fixed but the guy told me its a phone issue) wondering about warranty or if i can get a replacement because the issue is the phone itself?

I have been using the phone for a week and now I am unable to hear my calls nor do they hear me. I also cannot turn on speaker phone. I would like to exchange this item as I see this is a known issue with the iPhone 7
