Will not purchase from ever again.

Item not as described, not the original S-Pen. S-Pen needed to be replaced because it would not work with the phone nor was it compatible. Seller wanted me to mail back the S-pen and only then would he replace it.

Would be nice for sellers to list WHERE signs of use is located to help the buyer's decision.

Watch came tied to someone else's account. Seller offered to swap out for an equivalent. Great. Seller then expected me to pay for shipping back. Per Swappa rules, seller would pay for insured shipping since item was not as advertised. Seller only agreed to pay for proper insured shipping when Swappa got involved. At that point I was told by seller it would be a return. Sucks that seller couldn't stick to his offer of a swap just because Swappa and I wanted him to follow the rules he agreed to. Unfortunate that Swappa continues to show seller as "Trusted".

Forgot to come and put feedback but the USB c doesn't lock in and keeps disconnecting all the time

There is a scratch on the glass. Not all functions work on the phone. It does not move swiftly between screen poor camera quality. I previously owned this exact phone and never had these problems.

The phone I initially received had issues and was sent back twice (over a period of 5 months) before the seller eventually acknowledged that there was a problem and replaced it. Long story short, it was a very frustrating process dealing with the seller. After months of drama, I sent the phone back without receiving a refund (good riddance!). Worst of all was the Swappa "help team" who was no help at all.

* Please note: I am w/o the ordered item. However, I am required to check the box which states " I have received all ordered items and wish to mark this sale complete" in order to save this review.

The seller did not provide a photo of the damage to one side of the phone. When I received it there was a lot of frame damage on one side that was not clear in the photos. I attempted to return the device and the seller demanded a restock fee. I let him know that Swappa policy states you can not ask for a restock fee if they did not mention do in their listing. I had to escalate this with Swappa staff to let the seller know that he can not charge me a fee in this case. Once the seller learns this he refused to allow me to return it and Swappa directed me to dispute this with my credit card company and Paypal. If you have a problem with this seller you will not get a resolution but instead you will have to take matters into your own hands.
Their listing says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Guess that was a lie.

Phone’s condition was not as described. The receiver was bad and voices sounded like they were under water. After purchase, the phone was promptly shipped, though. Refund was promptly issued after returning phone.

Not durable.

Phone had major issues a month after purchase. Seller offered ways to fix it that never worked, now the phone is basically a brick. Doesn't work, turns on and off by itself, and now it has factory reset itself. Seller never responded to last message requesting help. Sorry, but wasn't helpful. Don't like leaving bad feedback but in this case I have had nothing but a negative experience with this purchase.

The phone wasn’t unlocked like the seller said it was. I would defiantly get the IMEI and check with the service provider first to see if the phone is blocked or not.

Phone I received has a locked IMEI and does not work

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST SELLER HERE ON SWAPPA. BEWARE! Misrepresents the item in the pictures and when you ask to return it, he will make it as hard as possible to get your refund!! You'll end up paying for return shipping even if there is an issue with the phone on arrival!

Charger did not work. I had to go buy another one.

The kids only (try) to use the phone when they're not with me but it doesn't work properly and gets hot quick.

Received phone in poor condition, then realized I couldn't even use the phone in the sun due to obvious dimness of the screen. This guy tried to pawn off a cheapo third-party screen(not even a good one), then had the audacity to accuse me of doing something to the screen, then proposed charging me 15% to take the phone back. The whole time lacking the decency to even admit that the screen was third party. The chain phone repair shop laughed at it, and said it was the cheapest replacement screen they'd ever seen. BUYERS BEWARE WITH THIS SELLER!

battery runs down pretty fast

- 1 / 5 stars

This battery is unacceptable. The seller sold me a phone with a battery than can barely keep a charge for an hour or two. I had previously made the mistake of buying this phone from the same seller, and had to return it because the battery was dead. I didn’t bother returning it this time because I accidentally bought from the same seller so I consider that my fault. The truth is this seller seems to make it a habit of selling phones with batteries that are non-functional. When I reached out about this issue, the seller told me to give it a long full charge and it should fix the issue. I did and the battery improved somewhat. I told myself that because this phone is so old, I have to accept a worse battery life. Well, I recently had to replace my phone from a different seller, same model, and the battery is not shot and dead. So, this is unacceptable. A seller should provide a phone with a battery that isn’t dead and that keeps a charge. You shouldn’t sell phones with dead batteries.

Delivered as described, no problems. However, after a few days the home button stopped working. I took the phone in to apple and they said it was repaired with a third party screen replacement causing the faulty home button.

Seller listed the phone as mint, but has burn marks inside the lightning port, and corrosion inside the 3.5mm jack. Seller said reason he missed that was quote "
We do not check inside the ports as its almost impossible to see what is inside. "
Phone works and provided me with new cables, but did not want to go through the hassle of a return. Seller shipped quickly after payment received

Please check your ports to see if you find any issues because this should of been listed as "GOOD".

Seller posted photos that were different than the actual phone. The information for the listing was also inaccurate in it's description & later seller comments. I clearly stated in the comments that I did not want the phone if it had any major scratches or dents, but he still sent the phone, which had both major scratches & dents. This seller needs to post phones with dents under "Fair" condition, instead of "Good," (as according to the Swappa guidelines), "Good" is supposed to mean that there are "no dents." There was a lot of miscommunication.
