BUYER BEWARE. Seller sent me the wrong phone and was unresponsive to my trying to reach them for a return. Swappa had to intervene and recommended I file a dispute with Paypal for a refund.

Phone was listed as New Factory Sealed but it was not! It appeared to be retaped at least twice! I kept asking for a refund but they kept wanting to give a partial credit and wanted the item returned. Finally after multiple times of asking for my refund I escalated it with PayPal and finally received my full refund and PayPal was also helpful with the return shipping.

I ordered a gray iphone xs max, i received a gold xs max with a different IME number than the one i was told i'd receive. I have a black case so it didnt matter too much, but i was disappointed in the lack of professionalism. The phone i received works fine, and arrived a week later than it was supposed to, but that was probably an issue with usps. Although the phone i received works fine and is the same model as the one i expected, i wouldnt order from this seller again, they seem unorganized and unfocused.
