The phone is actually a Apple store demo unit, as evident by the serial number and was also clearly printed on the box, although it was scratched off. But otherwise in condition as described.

The on lip y problem I had was with the shipping company not updating the shipping status. I know that that is not the seller's fault but maybe you should yous another company from how on to buyers can know where their items are in transit.
