Saraaaah

BUYER BEWARE. Seller sent me the wrong phone and was unresponsive to my trying to reach them for a return. Swappa had to intervene and recommended I file a dispute with Paypal for a refund.

Phone was listed as New Factory Sealed but it was not! It appeared to be retaped at least twice! I kept asking for a refund but they kept wanting to give a partial credit and wanted the item returned. Finally after multiple times of asking for my refund I escalated it with PayPal and finally received my full refund and PayPal was also helpful with the return shipping.

Phone was locked to an account so couldn't activate. Made me jump through hoops for refund.

Sent wrong phone on purpose then gave me the run-around until I had to contact my credit card company to do a charge back!

The phone was still tied to the seller’s account and I had to wait to get it activated. It sucks because this was a birthday present. Other than that it is as described.

First Swaapa experience and not good. Device was not as advertised and then getting a refund was pulling teeth.

Seller didn't fully disclose cellphone condition and hides behind the headache of waisting my time to send the phone back. Seller refused to work something out or compromise. Over my many purchases here on Swappa this is the first bad one.

Seller intentionally sent me a phone which I did not choose just because he sold the one I wanted instead of refunding my money. I lost time picking up the unwanted phone and paid to send it back.
