First time buyer. It was sent First Class Package with a tracking number with no insurance. It was shipped the same day I placed the order. The package was lost in the USPS for 13 days. Other than the shipping it was as described in the offer. I'm just glad it wasn't damaged like the packaging.

Phone was new as described but the box was not sealed in plastic. Plus shipping was Parcel Post in a flimsy envelope and the box was crunched on one corner. :-(
