I recieved the phone in the condition described. But although the post said the phone was through sprint, the phone was not with sprint.

i recieved the device but the device updated its software and the sim network was locked can you provide me the sim unlock code?

If I could give 6 or 7 stars to this seller, I would. Item was much better than expected at a great price. Shipping was secure and professional.

I received the phone in better condition than I thought. Better communication with he seller would have helped. It took 13 days to get my phone delivered. I will use swappa and this seller again.

Payment was accepted on a Monday and item did not ship till Friday. PayPal stated that the payment was received by the sales company on Monday and verified on Tuesday and Wednesday. Item still did not ship till Friday.

One word communications that make no sense. Phone not in "Mint" condition as described. Told me it didn't include a sim card, when it did, so now i have an extra i can't use.

Device marked as mint, like new and perfect screen but came with a pretty big scratch on the screen. Otherwise the phone was nice and they took it back with no issue. Would buy from them again.

The charger is broken. It was in an unsealed plastic bag. The connection end that plugs into the phone has black residue ( battery acid) or (heat damage)?

would not have described it as "perfect condition", but it is an excellent price for the item. battery only seems to charge to 96%.

Phone was not the same phone pictured and was not in perfect description as was described. Pictures provided showed a phone with no damage whatsoever, but the phone received had a charging port cover that had the paint worn off.

Seller was notified and responded within a reasonable amount of time but was unapologetic about the misrepresentation stating "it's only the charging port cover". They did offer a replacement cover or a 5 dollar refund.

Phone was otherwise in good working condition. Be sure to do a thorough check when receiving phones from this buyer.
