Seller was most accommodating when I discovered the glass covering the flash was shattered. The sale was completed to my satisfaction. Excellent communication even though the seller was away.

Device arrived early and in excellent condition! Great seller.

Received my phone and it was not as pictured or described. Contacted seller and they refunded a portion of the payment. Took it to Sprint to activate it. It worked okay for 3 weeks and then crashed completely. I had to file a claim and pay for a replacement phone from Sprint which has worked flawlessly. I did not contact the seller to give them an opportunity to fix the problem, so I don't know how they would have handle it. I probably will not buy from them again. I gave them 2 stars because of fast shipping and the partial refund. However, be careful because the phone I received was not the phone in the picture.

The charger was very frail. It broke immediately. The phone seems to work fine. Will come back to review if something happens. Fast shipping!

the S7 was in excellent cosmetic and working condition as described. I don't know about the battery life yet, so I will adjust this up to 5 stars if it is good, and down to 3 stars if not.
