Phone ordered April 21 and arrived May 1. Phone is in fine condition. In short a quality phone but very slow shipping by Swappa Standards.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The phone is better than expected conditions.

TLDR: Devices are in good/excellent condition, except for the batteries!

I had a really negative experience with this seller. I purchased a phone reportedly in good condition; however, after using it for a while noticed that the battery wasn't really holding more than 2 hours. I checked the battery report in the phone and it stated the battery was in "Serviceable" condition.

I returned it, but the seller claimed it was damaged in that month and wouldn't acknowledge the defective battery. After a long battle with Swappa and Paypal, the seller acknowledge the defective battery, replaced it, and returned the device to me. Now it's working, but it cost me about $25 in shipping and a couple hours in time. The seller wouldn't reimburse any of these expenses. I do not recommend purchasing from Phone Pros because of this experience.

I am extremely happy with this phone. It was rated "good" but it really is in "mint" condition. I don't see anything wrong with it. Delivery was quick. Very pleased.

perfect condition phone and unlocked as advertised, it was not up to date however it did not take long to download updates. I did have to purchase my own lightning cable unfortunately, but overall I am happy with my purchase.

Took 6 days just to Ship and communication was not timely at all. When the device came there was a passcode lock. Had to take it to the Apple store (the seller responded 6days after). Currently the phones battery life only reached 68% and drops to 45 after 5 minutes of use. DO NOT BUY or BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

Great phone! Packaging could have been better. Recommend that the seller ship using another method with better tracking.
