Sale process was excellent, unfortunately the phone itself refused to work on my carrier. Seller was great with getting a return label and refunding. Would buy from again.

Didn't realize how bad burn in was but was shown in pictures and clearly listed.

I haven't had the chance to switch over the phone yet. But. I called ein is clean, when it says MINT they meaN MINT! Very thorough with answering what I didnt understand and answered all my questiond/concerns..clean, fast shipping, will be back to rate once I switch over!

Great seller! Sent me the phone quickly, although I found the glass back started to crack really bad. Wasn't sure if it was poor shipping handling or just Samsung's garbage phone design, but I requested to return it. Seller offered to either refund me or get a replacement, and I got a full refund back.
