I also had trouble troubleshooting an error that occurred when I was resetting the phone & the staff from the seller was Extremely Helpful & Available to me immediately with a response & walked me through how to undo what I did.

I ended up being disappointed with the phone, as it was a little worse than described; however, the seller was quick to send a return tracking number and I shipped the phone back the same day I got it. Seller wasn't as prompt with communication afterwards, but I eventually got my full refund. I would do business with this seller again, as they have a great return policy.

Great working with them. They go above and beyond for their customers. They replaced a defective phone and gave me extra time to make sure it was working. In the end I received exactly the phone I wanted and it is working great.
