Could use better packaging. Packaging is wrapped in thin bubble wrap, then shipped out in a plastic shipping pouch. If the package happened to be thrown and landed at the right spot, screen most likely would of cracked.

The phone had a small microphone issue (hard to detect though) but the seller got me a refund without any difficulty. Very nice and competent people. It was a pleasure doing business with them.
