Seller was quick to ship and the price was competitive. However, it wasn't made known that the bottom half of this particular iPhone Xr screen was popping out slightly due to a probable battery replacement. It makes a clicking or popping noise now when I press on the lower half of the screen. Felt a little gypped because of this, but I suppose it qualifies as "Good" condition?

Glass cover (NOT THE PHONE) came smashed, given that it was inside a hard box that was perfectly intact and had no room to wiggle inside it appears to probably have been shipped broken. Other than that the phone and charger work perfectly. The Phone is no longer working with my T-mobile SIM card, upon contacting them I was notified that the phone was LOCKED to their network. The phone is listed as T-mobile so I was very upset to discover this. They have said to contact the seller to see if they can unlock it as there isn't anything they or I can do. I have not been contacted back by the seller as of yet.

UPDATE: The issue was resolved and the phone once again works as expected! Seller was responsive and helpful in the resolution of the issue, would buy again.

there was an uneven part to the back glass of the iphone and went to press it down and cracked, but it did arrive as the pictures intended
