Product received as described by seller. It took a month for the product to arrive. Better communication from the seller would have made waiting that long a little easier.

I got the watch it is even better than i expected but it took 3 weeks to arrive and while i know its not the sellers fault for whats going on and how its slowed everything down, i was still worried i maybe got scammed and it wasn't helped by the fact that a swappa staff member told me to ask paypal for help so i can get a refund due to no movement in shipping and it wasn't helped by that the seller couldn't prove that he had shipped it so i had to hope that i wasn't getting scammed.

The shipping took much longer than anticipated, but the watch was finally received in fair condition.

I got the watch but it take forever to charge and run down really quick

I am happy with the condition of the item and it seems to work well; however, the ad reflects it is located in Hawaii, U.S., but my Paypal charges reflect somewhere in China and the item took a little longer than expected to get here. I was not happy with the false advertisement (in where the item was coming from) as I would not have ordered it if it was coming from overseas.

My package was apparently lost in the mail. Disappointed because I was buying as a gift and I had to purchase another one that did not arrive on time. I did receive a refund.

Device is is fair condition light scratches all over device also has a major scratch on the bottom right not shown in photos or brought up in notes, also took almost 2 weeks to get the device.

No regular shipping updates; I had to email about it days after the purchase. The product itself was in good condition.

A bit more scratched than I expected, but watch working well otherwise, though I had to upgrade my old phone to get it to pair, which was not the seller fault, but mine, I should have asked which phone it would be compatible with.

Shipping was late and had a delay in communication clarifying if the item was going to ship or not. Charging cord was sent, but not the actual charger port. But item was better than described, so rating the experience as neutral.

The picture of the watch had a black band. I was told after the purchase, the original band broke. Took 4 days for them to place the package the mail after the label was created.

The condition of the watch was okay, the charger sent with the watch didn’t work, but we bought a new one and everything is good now.

Shipping was late

Item was as described for the most part. Band was falling apart but some super glue took care of it. Shipping was kind of slow.

Item came quickly and in the condition described; seller was very pleasant. However, the Fitbit tracker color listed in the description (silver) was different from what I received (charcoal), so I'm rating this sale as neutral.

Hey, I appreciate the shipping and the great condition of the iPod but the battery is faulty. After letting it charge completely, it goes from 100% to about 20% in a matter of minutes - and this is without any usage at all. I will need to send this back for a refund, I can't use it like this since I need to take this out on bike rides, workouts etc.

Description didn't match what I purchased and seller wanted to send a replacement battery. I didn't cant to do that so he refunded my purchase without any trouble. He was understanding and kind.
