After I asked for a refund for a defective product, radio silence, I never heard from them again. I had to go through PayPal for a refund.

I only maroed complete so I could leave a rating. I never received my Fitbit and it took a month and a half to finally get my money back. Avoid this seller like the plague.

Product received as described by seller. It took a month for the product to arrive. Better communication from the seller would have made waiting that long a little easier.

Where do I start with this disaster of a sale? First, ordered it on April 13th, Didn't ship till April 17th (Violating Swappa's 2 day ship rule), 2nd, Seller never contacted me, I had to reach out to them, 3rd, It just arrived, TODAY, May 12th a 29 days after I ordered it, and no, I don't blame COVID-19, I blame this fraudulent seller, Because the watch did NOT ship from Hawaii like the ad says, no, it shipped from Shenzhen China, Swappa asked them to refund, They did not, Swappa asked them to provide accurate tracking, They did not. I had to get my credit card company involved, Do not buy from these folks, they are a Chinese importer. I don't even know why Swappa allows them to continue to sell when they blatantly lie about where their items are coming from. AVOID this seller.

I got the watch it is even better than i expected but it took 3 weeks to arrive and while i know its not the sellers fault for whats going on and how its slowed everything down, i was still worried i maybe got scammed and it wasn't helped by the fact that a swappa staff member told me to ask paypal for help so i can get a refund due to no movement in shipping and it wasn't helped by that the seller couldn't prove that he had shipped it so i had to hope that i wasn't getting scammed.

Item FINALLY arrived and in as described condition -- however, I would not recommend buying from this seller as they are extremely unreliable for shipping and responding to inquiries.

I was disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism . It took over 18 days for me to receive my item. i understand there was delay because of Covid-19 but the USPS tracking number that was given to me stated " USPS was waiting to receive the item" Although seller assured me they sent it to USPS, they could never prove it and showed lack of concern. The seller promised 5% refund, but never issued it. I would have appreciated clear communication from them.

Fitbit took ages to deliver. Seller says he's in Honolulu, Hawaii, but the return address on the package was Los Angeles, California. Underneath was the original shipping label (which also had my address) from Shenzhen, China, and inside the package was an Asian-market device that didn't even work properly. When I finally got approval to return it after involving Swappa and opening a PayPal dispute, the return address was Oregon. (Hawaii? California? China? Oregon? Yeah, that doesn't seem fishy or anything.) The return was received a week ago yet I still have no refund nor even a response to the PayPal dispute. Absolute scam. But hey, if you like waiting weeks for an overseas device that may or may not work, and if having to involve multiple businesses (Swappa and PayPal) to get a refund that may or may not materialize is your idea of a good time, this is the seller for you. Check other recent feedback and you'll see this isn't an isolated incident. Hope he gets banned permanently.

I am happy with the condition of the item and it seems to work well; however, the ad reflects it is located in Hawaii, U.S., but my Paypal charges reflect somewhere in China and the item took a little longer than expected to get here. I was not happy with the false advertisement (in where the item was coming from) as I would not have ordered it if it was coming from overseas.
