After I asked for a refund for a defective product, radio silence, I never heard from them again. I had to go through PayPal for a refund.

I only maroed complete so I could leave a rating. I never received my Fitbit and it took a month and a half to finally get my money back. Avoid this seller like the plague.

Where do I start with this disaster of a sale? First, ordered it on April 13th, Didn't ship till April 17th (Violating Swappa's 2 day ship rule), 2nd, Seller never contacted me, I had to reach out to them, 3rd, It just arrived, TODAY, May 12th a 29 days after I ordered it, and no, I don't blame COVID-19, I blame this fraudulent seller, Because the watch did NOT ship from Hawaii like the ad says, no, it shipped from Shenzhen China, Swappa asked them to refund, They did not, Swappa asked them to provide accurate tracking, They did not. I had to get my credit card company involved, Do not buy from these folks, they are a Chinese importer. I don't even know why Swappa allows them to continue to sell when they blatantly lie about where their items are coming from. AVOID this seller.

Item FINALLY arrived and in as described condition -- however, I would not recommend buying from this seller as they are extremely unreliable for shipping and responding to inquiries.

I was disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism . It took over 18 days for me to receive my item. i understand there was delay because of Covid-19 but the USPS tracking number that was given to me stated " USPS was waiting to receive the item" Although seller assured me they sent it to USPS, they could never prove it and showed lack of concern. The seller promised 5% refund, but never issued it. I would have appreciated clear communication from them.

Fitbit took ages to deliver. Seller says he's in Honolulu, Hawaii, but the return address on the package was Los Angeles, California. Underneath was the original shipping label (which also had my address) from Shenzhen, China, and inside the package was an Asian-market device that didn't even work properly. When I finally got approval to return it after involving Swappa and opening a PayPal dispute, the return address was Oregon. (Hawaii? California? China? Oregon? Yeah, that doesn't seem fishy or anything.) The return was received a week ago yet I still have no refund nor even a response to the PayPal dispute. Absolute scam. But hey, if you like waiting weeks for an overseas device that may or may not work, and if having to involve multiple businesses (Swappa and PayPal) to get a refund that may or may not materialize is your idea of a good time, this is the seller for you. Check other recent feedback and you'll see this isn't an isolated incident. Hope he gets banned permanently.

Took two weeks for it to arrive and only got a 5% fee returned in the process.. shipping method was terrible

The item I received is not the item that was pictured. I was sold a Fitbit that had between altered and was not in mint unused condition. The first time my Fitbit got wet it fried, these are waterproof to 50 feet when new. My claim for a refund was denied. DONT BUY HERE..!!!!

I would not recommend buying from this seller. I had the following issues:
1. They gave a tracking number with no insurance or tracking capabilities, so you don't know when to be home to intercept the order. In fact, my tracking showed "has not shipped" until the day I received it. When buying an expensive item, insurance is a must! And tracking! And requiring a signature!
2. The pictures posted were deceiving and did not look like the watch I thought I ordered. When I asked to return it, the seller told me I wasn't allowed to because the pictures were not deceiving. I'm not sure how they were able to get away with this. I asked to return it multiple times because I was not pleased with what I ordered and I was denied! Doesn't that seem shady? Buy beware!!!!!!!!!

Ordered 1/11/2012. Seller stated they mailed on 1/13/2020. (FYI..we can track item until it arrives.)The shipping label was created on 1/14/2020. Item came on 1/20/2020. It would GREATLY help other buyers if this seller let customers know the expected mailing time from HI. Buyer not responsive until Swappa got involved. Need to be more responsive and let buyer know what is going on.

UPDATE: 1/27/2020
I tried to put this Apple 3 watch on my cellular plan with Verizon. Verizon says this apple watch is not supported by Verizon in this region. Was sold model number MQKM2B/A for International use in Australia, France, Germany, Japan, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. It is NOT intended to work in the United States.
This is misleading and was not listed anywhere on the seller list.

slow shippers, non insured package, tough to communicate with. Never buying from a business seller again, and never form this company

Advertised as new and listed as only one band included. New comes with two bands. Slow shipping, does not send insured. Tried to blame delivery, not knowing that I work for them and had access to investigate the seller's misinformation. Would not recommend or buy from again, no regard for Swappa shipping rules or customers

Terrible battery life.

I received the item yesterday. I am dismayed that it has very poor battery life and there was no indication of this deficiency prior to the sale.

Not as described. Described as excellent condition. The face is scratched and serial numbers scratched off. Also watch is defective. The face pops off while charging because the watch gets hot and will not hold a charge.

The seller canceled the purchase without giving a valid explanation.

Did not ship right away and didn’t have a valid tracking number. Also packaging was horrible.
