The items arrived just as expected. The watch is in pretty good conditions, same as the charger.

A bit more scratched than I expected, but watch working well otherwise, though I had to upgrade my old phone to get it to pair, which was not the seller fault, but mine, I should have asked which phone it would be compatible with.

Advertised as new and listed as only one band included. New comes with two bands. Slow shipping, does not send insured. Tried to blame delivery, not knowing that I work for them and had access to investigate the seller's misinformation. Would not recommend or buy from again, no regard for Swappa shipping rules or customers

The profile of the device said it would be shipped from Hawaii, but the parcel I received came from California. That was a bit confusing, so I didn’t think that was the parcel with my phone in it. I was waiting on a package coming from Hawaii.
