Exactly as described very happy with the phone

Phone in good condition, advertised as unlocked and then had to spend extra time on the phone with Verizon because the serial number was tied to someone else’s closed account. In the end, it all got figured out.

Great service and received as advertised. The battery is not holding charge and sim tray was bent.

Phone was as described. Phone worked great with mobile data and after taking it to our carrier to correct the settings .

Hello, the S7 Edge I purchased is overheating during charging and shuts down as if left in the sun. I have two identical phones one verizon one att and neither have overheated.
Do you have any suggestions, I have tried a higher quality cable and charger that was provided. I have researched this occurrence on this phone and reset is suggested on phones that have been in service for a time due to cache, etc. but this phone is presumably clean. Please advise and thank you!

flashlight didn't work even though it supposedly passed an inspection. Other than that is fine

Manufacturers warranty was not as long as advertised. Otherwise a fine transaction.

Sold a phone with a logic board defect. The phone no longer turns on after only a few months of use. Seller worked with me to get a partial refund and say that they were unaware of the issue.

Over all, it is great. But there is also trace of using phone case. It makes the logo stands out a little bit. And the problem cannot be seen from pictures.

Phone arrived quickly and was in the shape they said.

I got the items, they're clean with no scuffs. The seller got back to me quickly when I had an issue with the phone. I def didn't feel like I had the benefit of the doubt when telling them about an issue the phone had, or as they were eager to help, but I understand there's probably more to what the seller does and can/can't do than I know.
Not a bad experience at least, I'd buy again.

Upon receiving the phone, their was an issue with it no keeping service and continuing to drop AT&T service even with a new SiM card. Sellers were courteous and I returned the phone with received my refund. Seems like the sellers do want to provide good products but an annoyance overall.

I got the item but the back camera never focuses on anything.
