Seller claimed item was in mint condition, but phone vendor told me it had been previously repaired. The seller mis-represented their product and made no offer to correct the situation.

Seller sold me a defective product. When questioned about it tried hard to make it my problem. Eventually they made good but made me very nervous in the process.

Bought from someone else.

Sent wrong item and original item I ordered was lost in their warehouse.

The phone is supposed to be water resistant. I bought it as mint, took it out when raining a couple weeks after buying it, and it bricked. I bought the same model phone a year before from the seller, and the home button bugged out after a month.

***DO NOT BUY*** Certifed Gadgets sold me a defective phone and refused to refund the purchase price unless I changed my review to favor them. This is illegal, Swappa won't do much about it, and Certified Gadgets will continue to appear as a legitimate seller!

I will post a more detailed review (limited to 1000 char on here) via XDA forums etc.

Seller sent wrong model. So much time wasted trying to activate this model. It was listed incorrectly as ATT and does not activate with ATT.

Lastly, listed the phone as having Apple Care when it only has limited warranty

I was not happy.

Phone listed as "Good" but received with large 1.5" x 1/8" scratches on screen. Express shipping accepted and paid for, but received 2-day (not overnight which is the definition of express). Belligerent seller - had to get Swappa involved, and got the shipping costs refunded, but gave up hoping the seller would address the phone condition just to end this ordeal. Update - After feedback left, seller tried to buy positive feedback. Answer was no.
