Phone was quickly shipped and as described, however there was no communication on the sellers end.

Phone was locked with remote management. Seller would not contact company to get it removed, which concerned me as to how they were acquiring their phones. I had to pay for return shipping, as the phone had been taken to the UK as a gift, and they only sent a USPS label. Swappa support was close to worthless. I don't see any benefit to using this service anymore over an eBay business seller. So disappointed.

Prompt delivery

I ordered this phone from the seller and it was damaged en route to my home. The seller was very helpful and gave me an option for return/exchange or refund. I opted for exchange. They provided the return post and sent very quickly. The exchange phone was in excellent shape. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Item is exact as in the description and I received it in 2 days.
After using the phone for a couple of days the battery won’t hold a charge for long. The battery will go from 100 to 35 in a 12 hour period without making phone calls and only texts.
