I highly recommend this company. I had a problem with the original phone they sent me (I expect this to happen now and then with a used item); what impressed me was how they handled it. They were quick to respond to my emails, quickly sent me a free return label, and then when they didn't have the phone in stock that I ordered, they upgraded me to a phone with more memory. Great customer service.

When I went to Sprint they told me that the it is a prepaid cellphone. I made a call to Sprint and was able to solve but every now and then it says invalid SIM card. I hope that problem can be solved. But the cell phone is great, thanks.

The phone seems to work fine but the front camera goes white randomly when on a video call. This happened on FaceTime, Google duo, and on Snapchat video call so I know it's the phone not the apps.
