my phone has a lot of problems with the keyboard. there are lags in typing, delay in in typing and word appearing , and often appears incorrectly it doesn't always recognize a letter being typed, the microphone works sporadically, the screen goes black when answering. phone call

Worst online shopping experience of my life, ever.

First, i got a defective unit, so i had to wait for a replacement to arrive, but for them to send it, they had to wait for the defective one to arrive.

In the meantime, i offered to buy another phone, so that my wife didn't have to be without a phone for 2 weeks, but seller said no, and in the end that's exactly how long we had to wait. I even had to get my wife a temporary phone.

Seller then offered 1 day shipping on the replacement one, which ended up being 3 days instead... Seller went for the cheaper option, phone arrived at my local FedEx on a Friday, and even though i tried to pick it up in person on Saturday, FedEx said they couldn't give it to me, because the sender paid for a Monday delivery. They even told me they opened the container, and took only the Saturday packages out... and that the rest had to sit there and wait until Monday.

Super frustrating.

In the end, seller tried to blame it all on FedEx.

I received the phone promptly and it looked as described and it initially worked well. 5 months later, it abruptly stopped working and would not turn on. Upon presenting it to Apple (thinking it may just need a new battery to allow it to charge) I was informed first the sim slot (they were looking for the IMEI) was third party (no biggie) but then later that the screen had been replaced and in fact glued down, making taking it apart to attempt to diagnose impossible. At that point they could not/would not troubleshoot and there was nothing left to do but recycle. While the listing does not state all original parts, or a lack of repair, beware a phone that may be kluged together from various non-Apple replacement parts and in such a way to make it unrepairable should it stop working not long after purchase.

I received iPhone XR that was not fully inspected/tested. Bluetooth was faulty. The refund has been easy. Waisted a lot of time though

The item was not as described. After removing the screen protector, I was able to see how poor of condition the device was. There were so many scratches on the screen, it looked like they took sandpaper to it. I feel robbed that I paid more for an item in better condition than the one I received. They just slapped a screen protector to hide the damage, and that’s not right.

Apparatus is fine. Expedited shipping for $32 used USPS vs FedEx or UPS and arrived in 5 days vs. advertised 1-2 days. Expedited shipping was the reason I chose this seller. Shipping cost was refunded which was good. Would not order from this seller again because they did not meet expedited shipping as advertised.

The phone seems to work fine but the front camera goes white randomly when on a video call. This happened on FaceTime, Google duo, and on Snapchat video call so I know it's the phone not the apps.

Phone was locked with remote management. Seller would not contact company to get it removed, which concerned me as to how they were acquiring their phones. I had to pay for return shipping, as the phone had been taken to the UK as a gift, and they only sent a USPS label. Swappa support was close to worthless. I don't see any benefit to using this service anymore over an eBay business seller. So disappointed.

Edit on August 22, 2019: I bought this phone in June and by the last week of July my screen started mirroring at the bottom. Yesterday I went to get it repaired at a local store, and according to the mechanic, the refurb didn't have an original iPhone screen and the screen provided wasn't a good size fit for the phone. I had to spend $90 to get a replacement screen. Very disappointed!
