Item arrived on time. I was initially a little concerned with the packaging, as there was just a phone and charger inside a cardboard box with no packing material. So far it appears to be in great working order, but i would recommend at least some packing material to ensure the item is protected as much as possible. I would still likely buy from this seller again, the phone condition looks way better than good! It looked unused!

Phone was in great condition, started right up, connected to WiFi and once SIM card was installed, we had service (with some work to get it set up).
